Anjali is a Brooklyn-based writer, chef, and filmmaker from Pune, India. She graduated with an MFA in Cinema Studies from Brooklyn College. Her work focuses on political and cultural issues relevant to the Indian community (diaspora and at home), queer South Asians, mythological texts, and adaptations. She writes, reviews, and thinks about films, books, and other media. She is currently focused on expanding her palate and developing her self taught cooking skills as well.
